OPC Total Alkalinity (TA) Reducer and De-Scaler 5L

Specifically formulated to reducer the Total Alkalinity (TA) of your Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub water. This product can also be used to remove scale from pool surrounds.

Treatment To Reduce Total Alkalinity (TA)

1. Dose Rate: 5 Litres of OPC Total Alkalinity (TA) Reducer and De-Scaler will reduce the Total Alkalinity of 10,000 gallons (45,000 litres) of pool water by approx 30ppm.
2. Switch off the circulation pump and calculate the quantity required.
3. Add to the deep end of the pool.
4. After one hour turn on the circulation and allow water to mix thoroughly.
5. Re-test the Total Alkalinity and re-dose if required.
6. Recommended TA Level is 80-120ppm. If a 2nd dose is required place in a different area of the pool away from any equipment.

Treatment To De-Scale Pool Surrounds

1. To clean and de-scale areas of the swimming pool and surround
2. Dilute as required and apply using a pool brush
3. Wash off with plenty of water.

NOTE - Prolonged contact with TA Reducer will cause corrosion and etching to surface and damage liners.

• Store in a cool dry place
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing
• Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection
